IPSEC ENGINEERING SDN BHD (Private Limited) or IPSEC, company registration number is 986465A, formerly Known as IP & PIXEL SECURITY SDN BHD. IPSEC was founded in 2012 with an initial Paid-up Capital of RM 1 Million, thereafter we had increased our shareholder fund to RM 3 Million.<\/p>

At the beginning of the company formation, the company started its operations in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Thereafter, we expanded to Iskandar Malaysia, Johor.<\/p>

At that time, we mainly focused on Video Content Analytic, Panasonic Video Surveillance and Samsung Techwin security products.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

We were pioneers in Malaysia to champion Video Content Analytic or VCA, we believed that video content monitoring should be automated, the computer or machine should do what it does best to process the content and produce useful information for humans to make judgement whether it is a security threat.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Our VCA products have generated much attention from the industry. Our core strength is we are able to provide unique and niche technologies integration to our customers.<\/p>

This strength enables us to conceptualize, design, build, commission and maintain technically challenging and advanced equipment, at the same time add values to our customer projects and portfolios.<\/p>

Prior to IPSEC, the founder of the company together with his partners have more than 20 years of working experience in Information Technology (IT) and Physical Security industries. The experience gained in IT and Security were useful for IPSEC.<\/p>

In the second half of 2012, IPSEC and its key partners were selected to commission package 1 Iskandar Malaysia Safe City project.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Iskandar Malaysia is the new metropolis of International standing and the forefront of Malaysia Economic Corridors located in the Southern part of Malaysia. Spanning 3 times the size of Singapore, it has attracted many investors from around the world. The intention of infusing investors\u2019 confidence to invest, live, work and play in Iskandar Malaysia is the utmost important one. Therefore, Iskandar Regional Development Authority (IRDA) is an authority tasked to plan, design and implement the Safe City.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

IPSEC together with its key partners were selected to provide Visual Intelligent management System (VIMS), Visual Intelligent Analytic System (VIAS), Geographical Information System (GIS) and Vehicle License Plate Recognition System (VLPR).<\/p>

IPSEC completed the project in 2014 and successfully handed it over to IRDA.<\/p>

Visual Intelligent Analytic System (VIAS) or VCA is a revolutionary technology that incorporates functionalities such as motion detection, behaviour, counting, perimeter breach, object detection, loitering, suspicious or panic movements, colour analysis and speed tracking.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

VCA is an important situation intelligence tool that allows security enforcement agencies like the Police Department to detect any potential security violation or threat.
